Stan's letter to our Governor insisting that he take a position of the Federal Health Care Legislation pending in Congress. This legislation has a provision that will shift $450,000,000 in costs to the State of Missouri under the Medicaid Program. This additional cost will require significant cuts in education or other vital services provided by our State.
